A retrogaming classic finds its niche here on EBS. Streets of Rage 2 (Bare Knuckle 2 in Japan) is a classic brawler with great graphics and good playability until almost the very end. As iconic as it was, it followed all Sega commandments: same enemies over and over just changing clothes’ color, first bosses becoming mid-bosses later on and almost normal opponents in the final stage. Plus some special moves burning the player’s energy. The last two stages unfortunately show some decadence in stage design but it’s rather sega-typical (just think of how beautiful are the introducing House of The Dead stages and how dull are the latter ones).
